★本機(jī)采用木箱包裝，開箱后應(yīng)檢查產(chǎn)品合格證，集裝單，使用說明書等資料是否全，并根據(jù)產(chǎn)品裝箱查對(duì)箱內(nèi)物件是否完備相符。

★打開箱檢驗(yàn)合格的試驗(yàn)機(jī)應(yīng)水平放在工作臺(tái)上，本機(jī)不需要特別基礎(chǔ)和地腳螺栓，只要保證水平和穩(wěn)定性****可以。

★ Place the grinding head on the surface to be worn, turn the lifting handle to lower the frame and the hollow shaft and press it on the grinding head. ★ Continue to rotate the lifting handle so that the frame continues to descend until the top of the sensor is aligned with the red engraved line. At the same time, the measuring rod of the dial indicator should be in contact with the top plate, and it should have a 5mm mileage.

★ Turn on the protective cover on the locking handle plate to turn on the water source, and wait for the flowing surface in the water to continue to flow to the abraded surface of the test piece, and start the test.

★ Press the controller's "Move" button, the motor starts to work, when the grinding head rotates about 30 revolutions, it will automatically stop, write down the dial indicator and press the "Reset" button to reset the digital display to zero. Then press the "Start" button again, the machine will start to run. When the grinding head is turned to 1000 revolutions, it will automatically stop recording the dial indicator reading. Press the "Start" button again, the machine will continue to run, and every time When the rotation is 1000, the grinding head ** will stop automatically, and the dial indicator reading will be recorded at the same time, but when the rotation is over 5000, the machine will automatically stop and lock itself. ★本機(jī)采用傳感器接收系統(tǒng)測(cè)量磨頭轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)磨頭在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)而控制器的數(shù)碼顯示停止，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)，檢查傳感器（6）的位置是否處于傳感器接收區(qū)域。
