      一、簡(jiǎn)介:

      該差示掃描量熱儀為觸摸屏式,專測(cè)聚合物材料氧化誘導(dǎo)期測(cè)試,客戶一鍵式操作,軟件全自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。儀器符合G B /T 19466.3- 2004/ISO 11357-3 :1999 第6部分氧化誘導(dǎo)期 氧化誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間(等溫OIT)和氧化誘導(dǎo)溫度(動(dòng)態(tài)OIT)的測(cè)定。

      氧化誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間(OIT)是測(cè)定式樣在高溫(200攝氏度)氧氣條件下開(kāi)始發(fā)生自動(dòng)催化氧化反應(yīng)的時(shí)間,是評(píng)價(jià)材料在成型加工、儲(chǔ)存、焊接和使用中耐熱降解能力的指標(biāo)。氧化誘導(dǎo)期(簡(jiǎn)稱OIT)方法是一種采用差熱分析法(DTA)以塑料分子鏈斷裂時(shí)的放熱反映為依據(jù),測(cè)試塑料在高溫氧氣中加速老化程度的方法。其原理是:將塑料式樣與惰性參比物(如氧化鋁)置于差熱分析儀中,使其在一定溫度下用氧氣迅速置換式樣室內(nèi)地惰性氣體(如氮?dú)猓?。測(cè)試由于式樣氧化而引起的DTA曲線(差熱譜)的變化,并獲得氧化誘導(dǎo)期(時(shí)間)OIT(min),以評(píng)定塑料的防熱老化性能。儀器符合G B /T 19466.3- 2004/ISO 11357-3 :1999 第6部分氧化誘導(dǎo)期。氧化誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間(等溫OIT)和氧化誘導(dǎo)溫度(動(dòng)態(tài)OIT)的測(cè)定。氧化誘導(dǎo)期已經(jīng)被納入管道行業(yè)及電線電纜強(qiáng)檢范圍。

      1. Introduction

      The differential scanning calorimeter is a touch screen type, which is designed to measure the oxidation induction period test of polymer materials. It is operated by customers with one-key operation and the software runs fully automatically. The instrument complies with GB /T 19466.3-2004/ISO 11357-3:1999 Part 6 Oxidation induction period Oxidation induction time (isothermal OIT) and oxidation induction temperature (dynamic OIT) determination.

      Oxidation induction time (OIT) is the time when the autocatalytic oxidation reaction of the test sample begins to occur under high temperature (200 degrees Celsius) oxygen conditions. It is an index to evaluate the heat-resistant degradation ability of the material during molding, storage, welding and use. The Oxidation Induction Period (OIT) method is a method that uses differential thermal analysis (DTA) to test the degree of accelerated aging of plastics in high-temperature oxygen based on the exothermic reaction when plastic molecular chains are broken. The principle is: Put the plastic sample and the inert reference substance (such as alumina) in the differential thermal analyzer, so that it can quickly replace the inert gas (such as nitrogen) in the sample chamber with oxygen at a certain temperature. The oxidation induction period has been included in the scope of the pipeline industry and the strong inspection of wires and cables.


      二、特點(diǎn):

      6、數(shù)字氣體質(zhì)量流量計(jì)自動(dòng)切換兩路氣氛流量,切換速度快,穩(wěn)定時(shí)間短。
