插板閥是綜合多年來使用插板閥的經(jīng)驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)，主要用于通風(fēng)除塵、風(fēng)力輸送及排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)管路上的調(diào)節(jié)和固體粉料輸送的調(diào)節(jié)和切斷。

This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

Structure characteristic:

采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材焊接而成，具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作自如，閥板滑動(dòng)靈活，密閉性能優(yōu)良等特點(diǎn)。特別是局部阻力損失小，調(diào)節(jié)性能好，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)拆卸方便，不易變形，克服了老式插板閥漏風(fēng)大、變形快、調(diào)節(jié)困難的毛病。特別適用于無粘度的固體粉料及小于Ф10mm顆粒料、晶體料、固狀物料的輸送。

This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

Working principle:

插板閥主要由執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、閥體、插板、密封裝置、行程開關(guān)等部件組成。運(yùn)行時(shí)輸出指令（電源或氣源）給執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，由執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)插板向外抽出，達(dá)到工況需要位置，撞動(dòng)行程開關(guān)停止，由行程開關(guān)反饋信號(hào)（開關(guān)信號(hào)）給控制室。反之則關(guān)閉插板閥（向內(nèi)推進(jìn)）。

The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

使用說明：

Operation instruction:

l  本閥連接方式為法蘭連接。

l  本閥可水平或垂直安裝，安裝時(shí)兩法蘭聯(lián)接中間必須加密封墊片，然后均勻鎖緊螺栓。

l  手動(dòng)操作時(shí)向外抽出為開，向內(nèi)推進(jìn)為關(guān)。不得在把手上增加輔助器材。

l  執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)按其使用說明正確接線與操作。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)加潤(rùn)滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
