高溫平衡器適用于建材、礦山、電力、玻璃、輕工等行業(yè)的鍋爐、窯爐、高爐的余熱二次利用及煙氣、廢氣治理等各種熱風(fēng)管道中，是平衡調(diào)節(jié)或截?cái)喔邷貧怏w的理想設(shè)備。

The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to evenly adjust or cut down high temperature gas.

驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置不受任何形式的控制，可以隨客戶(hù)的需要安裝。驅(qū)動(dòng)形式可以分為卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)提升（開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)），電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)提升（4～20mA電流信號(hào)）。

The valve is welded in fine steel, having heat-resistant steel lining and double layers keeping temperature lining made in fire material. It is resistant to the ultra-high temperature, high in strength. It also has the features of endurance, little in the lost of the thermal energy and flow resistance, efficient in saving thermal energy, handy to operate, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life.

The driving device is not controlled and can be installed according to the demａnd of user. Driving types are windlass elevating (open and close signal) and electric actuator elevating (4～20mA current signal).

工作原理：

Working principle:

高溫閘閥由閥體、閘板、起落架、換向輪、起落傳動(dòng)部分構(gòu)成。起落傳動(dòng)裝置通過(guò)換向輪帶動(dòng)閘板向上、向下作起落運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到系統(tǒng)管道密閉開(kāi)通或調(diào)節(jié)狀態(tài)。閘板設(shè)有導(dǎo)向軌道，使閘板在運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中不致偏離或卡阻，通道為開(kāi)敞式，積灰無(wú)法滯留在密封面上，從而不會(huì)影響閘板的關(guān)閉。

The valve is made up of body, gate, undercarriage, changing direction wheel and landing transmission parts. Landing transmission gear drive the gate moving up and down via changing direction wheel in order to reach the system pipe statement of sealed opening or regulating. There is guiding track on the gate, so the gate will not depart or be obstructed in the course of moving. The channel is opened and ash can not remain on the sealing surface, so the closing of the gate would not be affected.

卷?yè)P(yáng)提升型高溫閘閥類(lèi)，通過(guò)指令卷?yè)P(yáng)電機(jī)得電，使卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)開(kāi)始工作，卷動(dòng)鋼絲繩從而提升閘板向上運(yùn)動(dòng)，反之則向下運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)閉，行程限位開(kāi)關(guān)同步反饋閘板開(kāi)關(guān)到位信號(hào)。電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器提升型高溫閘閥類(lèi)，通過(guò)微機(jī)或上位儀表，輸入一個(gè)信號(hào)時(shí)，此信號(hào)與位置反饋信號(hào)比較，兩個(gè)信號(hào)偏差大于死區(qū)時(shí)，致使伺服電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)減速器的輸出軸朝減小這一偏差的方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，這樣就帶動(dòng)卷筒運(yùn)動(dòng)，卷動(dòng)鋼絲，提升閘板作運(yùn)動(dòng)。推桿提升型高溫閘閥類(lèi)，通過(guò)指令使推桿作往反運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而提升閘板作運(yùn)動(dòng)，行程開(kāi)關(guān)同步反饋閘板的開(kāi)關(guān)到位信號(hào)。風(fēng)冷式高溫閘閥類(lèi)，冷卻高壓風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)由冷卻管進(jìn)入，在閘板內(nèi)腔作循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)，帶著熱空氣由另一端排出，這樣不停的循環(huán)，致使閘板溫度下降，從而增加閘板的工作強(qiáng)度。

The windlass of winding elevating type begins to work after the motor is powered. The steel wire is rolled up to elevate the gate moving upwards; otherwise the gate will move downwards to close. Stroke limiting switch synchronously feeds back signals of gate. The electric actuator elevating type input a signal though microcomputer or up meter, which is compared with position feedback signal. When the warp of the two signals is more than died zone, the output axle of speed reducer will turn in the direction of reducing the warp, which will drive the convolve move and roll the steel wire to elevate the gate. The draw stems elevating type output instruction to drive the draw stem move back and forth and elevate the gate. The stroke switch synchronously feed back signals of the switch. Wind of wind cooling type enter from the cooling pipe of the cooling high pressure wind motor, move circularly in the lumen of gate and then vent from the other end with hot air. The repeating circulation will reduce the temperature of gate and enhance the working intension of the gate.

安裝及調(diào)試：

Installation and regulation:

l         傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)不允許作起吊用，并嚴(yán)禁損傷。

l         安裝前必須清潔閥門(mén)內(nèi)腔，不允許有任何雜物和污垢附著。

l         法蘭連接的閥門(mén)安裝時(shí)，兩法蘭之間需加密封墊，然后均勻鎖緊聯(lián)接螺栓。

l         安裝完成后必須進(jìn)行綜合性能檢查：接通電源開(kāi)閉閥門(mén)，當(dāng)閥門(mén)至“全開(kāi)”“全閉”位置時(shí)，行程控制機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確地切斷電源，開(kāi)度指示機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確地顯示閥門(mén)的開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)。

l          Transmission device can’t be used for hoisting and avoids abrasion.

l          The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body.

l          Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt when installs the valve.

l          Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

運(yùn)輸及保管：

Transportation and protection:

l         運(yùn)輸時(shí)應(yīng)避免撞擊閥門(mén)，閥門(mén)應(yīng)處于全閉位置以防在運(yùn)輸中閘板和傳動(dòng)部件損壞。

l         當(dāng)閥門(mén)水平放置運(yùn)輸時(shí)傳動(dòng)裝置及傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)懸空，以防止傳動(dòng)軸受力過(guò)大變形損壞。

l         傳動(dòng)裝置及傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)作防潮、防雨處理。

l         該閥應(yīng)存放在干燥的室內(nèi)，不允許露天存放或堆置。長(zhǎng)期存放時(shí)應(yīng)使閥門(mén)處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)滑油，傳動(dòng)裝置作防潮、防塵處理。

l          Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

l          Transmission device and part can’t be hung up when the valve in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l          Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l          The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
