PY3型自動加藥裝置適用范圍：（上海三箱加藥裝置）
PY3型自動加藥裝置操作安全、方便、可靠，適應(yīng)范圍廣，特別適應(yīng)于造紙工業(yè)，工業(yè)廢水處理及市政污水處理廠，自來水廠和各種需要使用投加絮凝劑溶液的行業(yè)。我公司可根據(jù)客戶需要，進(jìn)行特殊設(shè)計(jì)，滿足各種用戶的廣泛需要。
PY3型自動加藥裝置工作原理：
PY3型自動加藥裝置是一種新型、高效、程序操作的設(shè)備，它是由各個溶液箱逐步處理完成的，溶液箱之間用擋板隔開，保證每溶液箱內(nèi)的*時間和恒定的濃度，避免在混合槽和儲存槽之間產(chǎn)生任何直接通路。系統(tǒng)由PLC自 動控制，控制箱與安裝在溶液存儲槽上的液位計(jì)相連，一旦液位達(dá)到“低位”觸發(fā)電磁進(jìn)水閥打開，同時啟動干投機(jī)，干投量的大小與水量均可準(zhǔn)確設(shè)定，以獲得精 確的濃度。一旦達(dá)到“高位”，此循環(huán)過程就停止。同時攪拌器會按照設(shè)定的時間繼續(xù)工作，三槽一體（混合槽、調(diào)均槽、儲存槽）連續(xù)式配制，操作保養(yǎng)簡易，人 力成本zui低。有粉狀或液狀（選配）雙重進(jìn)料功能設(shè)計(jì)，可滿足不同需求。配制濃度均勻適中，可減少因人力調(diào)配不當(dāng)造成結(jié)粒（塊）現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，避免管路或泵堵 塞，增加不必要的人員維護(hù)費(fèi)用及藥粉的支出費(fèi)用。設(shè)備由PLC控制整個配制過程，可自動間歇、連續(xù)運(yùn)行及停頓交叉攪拌功能，使溶液融合均勻。當(dāng)料斗中干粉料位到低位時，電控箱可發(fā)出聲、光報(bào)警信號并整機(jī)停車。
PY3型自動加藥裝置主要結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn)：
PY3型三箱式溶液制備系統(tǒng)（見工藝流程圖及結(jié)構(gòu)簡圖），主要由進(jìn)水系統(tǒng)、粉劑干投機(jī)、干粉浸潤系統(tǒng)、攪拌機(jī)、三個溶液制備箱（預(yù)制部分A1，熟化部分A2，儲存部分A3）、電器控制箱等組成。該裝置具有以下的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1.采用*的電器控制，保證*反應(yīng)與*化的溶液制備。
2. 溶液制備能力1-10 m3/h。按0.1-0.5%濃度計(jì)溶粉能力1-50kg/h
3.配備有*的粉劑干投機(jī)。
4.具有新型干粉浸潤系統(tǒng)及射流裝置。
5.射流器增加內(nèi)置式文丘里管，大大增強(qiáng)射流負(fù)壓吸力，有效防止清水噴濺，*杜絕射流器堵料溢料現(xiàn)象。
6.三個溶液制備箱保證*熟化循環(huán)。
7.連續(xù)式自動溶液制備。
8.物料接觸部分均采用AISI304材質(zhì)制作，箱體外采用高檔銀粉金屬漆噴涂或進(jìn)行烤制硬質(zhì)耐磨粉漆，具有*的外觀和良好的耐腐蝕性。

1、PY3型自動加藥裝置的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)能力視溶液與配藥介質(zhì)而定；
2、特殊材料可來廠選型洽談，公司根據(jù)客戶需要擬定相關(guān)解決成套方案。
PY3型自動加藥裝置安裝須知
1、安裝設(shè)備前，首先應(yīng)熟悉設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)和提供的圖紙，要按圖紙要求核實(shí)好基礎(chǔ)、設(shè)備管口方位及各附件的對接位置。（詳見設(shè)備外形圖）
2、先打開包裝箱，把設(shè)備移出箱體，再進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場就位安裝；沒有包裝的設(shè)備，可直接就位進(jìn)行安裝。
3、按產(chǎn)品安裝圖所示的進(jìn)水管、出水管、溢流排空管對設(shè)備進(jìn)行管道的安裝。
4、將設(shè)備配套儀表從包裝箱中取出，在儀表完好的情況下，對照產(chǎn)品外形安裝圖進(jìn)行安裝、對接。
5、本設(shè)備配備電器控制柜（指常規(guī)配置的設(shè)備）。用戶只需將電源線接到電控柜中空氣開關(guān)的接線輸入端上即可。
