首先要準(zhǔn)確了解HSN三螺桿泵的實(shí)際工作參數(shù)，如壓力、流量、介質(zhì)的工作溫度及介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度、介質(zhì)有無潤滑性、腐蝕性等；

根據(jù)介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度初步選擇泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，選擇n=1450r/min比較適合，當(dāng)粘度大于300mm2/s，請(qǐng)慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量，以免泵產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)；
