鹽霧復(fù)合室產(chǎn)品信息

1. The most efficient and uniform mist dispersion fog system.

The mist dispersion spray tower has a non-crystallized PVC atomizer (PAT),a constant level control with feed system salt solution tank, as well as adjustable and separatory baffle.

The mist produced is guided through a conducting tube to the top of separatory baffle,ａnd settle as atomized liquid droplets in the test area.

1.0 to 2.0 ml per hour of liquid may be collected in each container from the mist droplets.

2. Rapid，uniform measurement and most accurate result

The jacket surrounds the chamber on all four sides and is equipped with digital automatic temperature control system.Heat isuniformly maintained by a full coverage convection of hot air.

In order to ensure accuracy to meet the most stringent testing condition,temperature can be controlled accurately and uniformly within±1℃,in the chamber and the saturation tank.

3. Simple and easy operation

Simple to operate, ELITE TEST Chamber requires only two adjustments.

Two-stage precision regulators are a unique feature of ELITE TEST Chamber,ａnd are the only positive method ever developed for controlling air pressure.

The second regulator prevents air pressure from exceeding 1kg/cm²

An oil and water extractor purges the system of oil and water.

5. Fully automatic level control and feed system

A liquid level control will automatically maintain the correct amount of water in saturator and salt solution tank at all times.

6. Cover lifter and removable specimen rack

The cover on the cabinets is designend for easy opening and closing

Adjustable test specimen rack can be easily adjusted to fit your samples.

The sample holder is available for holding sample at an angle of 15 or 30 degrees.
