一、結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

流量大、流阻小、無水錘：
Y型設(shè)計，擴大了閥腔流通截面，使閥腔內(nèi)流體更加平順，提高30%的流量。

超長使用壽命：
閥桿采用316L不銹鋼，密封采用契型PTFE，閥桿自動校正、自動潤滑，免維護。

二、產(chǎn)品用途：

挺揚牌氣動角座閥是本公司引進*進生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代工業(yè)應(yīng)用研發(fā)而成的新一代氣動角座閥。它廣泛應(yīng)用于食品和化學(xué)過程，滅菌機、高壓消毒器、干洗機、干衣機、啤酒生產(chǎn)線等。與傳統(tǒng)相比，它具有以下新特點：

1、可視位置指示：可接限位開關(guān)或緊急手動裝置。
2、容易安裝：氣控頭可以作360‘旋轉(zhuǎn)，甚至限位開關(guān)也可以360‘旋轉(zhuǎn)。可方便地安裝一到二個限位開關(guān)。
3、*的氣動控制器：加厚工程塑料外殼，安全可靠。低磨損的活塞結(jié)構(gòu)，容量大而低耗氣量。內(nèi)部元件自潤滑，免維護。
4、具有多種控制方式：常開、常閉、雙動。
5、要求更小的氣動執(zhí)行器：流體從閥桿上方流入時，制頭。
6、容易連接：MAMUR標準連接，嵌入式金屬接頭?？蛇x更小的控制頭。
7、長壽命導(dǎo)桿：閥桿契形特氟隆（PTEE）密封，避免臟物導(dǎo)入。自潤滑，免維護。閥桿經(jīng)特別處理以確保*固定，并能自動校正位置。
