1、安裝漏電保護(hù)器

漏電保護(hù)器也叫保命器，它的作用從“保命器”這三個(gè)字就可以理解。因?yàn)辄c(diǎn)火燃油泵在油下工作，容易漏電造成電能損失甚至引發(fā)觸電事故。如果裝有漏電保護(hù)器，只要點(diǎn)火燃油泵漏電值超過漏電保護(hù)器的動(dòng)作電流值（一般不超過30毫安），漏電保護(hù)器就會(huì)切斷點(diǎn)火燃油泵的電源，避免漏電浪費(fèi)電能，確保安全。

農(nóng)村由于低壓供電線路比較長，線路的末端電壓過低是常有的事。當(dāng)相電壓低于198伏，線電壓低于342伏時(shí)，點(diǎn)火燃油泵電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速下降，當(dāng)達(dá)不到額定轉(zhuǎn)速的70%時(shí)，啟動(dòng)離心開關(guān)會(huì)閉合，造成啟動(dòng)繞組長時(shí)間通電而發(fā)熱甚至燒壞繞組和電容器。相反，電壓過高引起電機(jī)過熱而燒壞繞組。因此，點(diǎn)火燃油泵在作業(yè)中，操作者必須隨時(shí)觀察電源電壓值，若低于額定電壓10%以下，高于額定電壓10%以上，應(yīng)使電機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，找出原因并排除故障。
