  2010年VATTEN為了企業(yè)更好發(fā)展，將工廠整體搬遷至英國，德國保留公司銷售及售后業(yè)務(wù)，隨后VATTEN授權(quán)成立上海法登閥門有限公司，同年將VATTEN的組裝與測試線遷至上海法登閥門，相應(yīng)的銷售及售后服務(wù)也陸續(xù)移交上海法登。
