河南溯源環(huán)保設(shè)備有限公司（原滑縣道口北斗星靜電分離設(shè)備廠）自2002年末成立以后，這十幾年來一直致力于各種廢舊資源的分離、分選再生利用設(shè)備的研究與制造，是國內(nèi)有數(shù)的幾家再生資源循環(huán)利用設(shè)備制造企業(yè)之一。

其中SY節(jié)能環(huán)保型靜電分選機(jī)（又名高壓靜電分選機(jī)、高壓靜電分離機(jī)），是本公司與北京大學(xué)，中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)，中國靜電協(xié)會(huì)等多家大專院校及科研單位合作，在不斷吸取國內(nèi)外各種分選技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)靜電分選設(shè)備，通過多年的實(shí)踐與理論分析獲得的優(yōu)異效果，分選后的雜質(zhì)可≤1%，即分選效果可以達(dá)到99.9%，并且屬于*物理分離，節(jié)能環(huán)保，分選后的各種物料的性質(zhì)都不改變，不影響再生利用。該裝置首先通過電暈放電發(fā)生裝置使周圍空氣層產(chǎn)生電離，然后利用電容率的不同從粉碎后的物料中分離出金屬與塑料（導(dǎo)體和非導(dǎo)體）。

The energy-saving and environmentally friendly SY type electrostatic separator (alias: high-pressure electrostatic sorting machine or high-pressure electrostatic separator) is developed through our cooperation and our domestic trade and research units such as Peking University, China University of Mining and Electrostatic Association of China etc. on the basis of constantly talking domestic and foreign various separation techniques. Through years of practice and theoretical analysis, we obtain the best separation result and the impurity after separation is ≤ 1% and the best result can reach 99.9%. It reflects energy-saving and environmental protection and belongs to complete physical separation after which, the property of various separated materials does not change, so it does not affect recycling. First through the separator corona discharge generating device, it produces ionize in the surrounding air layer, and then metal and plastic (conductors and non-conductors) are separated from the crushed materials by the different permittivity.

新裝置的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于無需化學(xué)藥品來融化廢棄物，因此不會(huì)對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生污染。它能夠把廢棄物中99%以上的金、銀、銅、鋁、不銹鋼等金屬與塑料分離開。

The advantages of new device lie in that it needs not to use chemicals to dissolve wastes thus there's no pollution produced to environment. It is able to separate the plastics from metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminium, stainless steel etc. which account for over 99% of the wastes.

另外針對靜電分離對廢舊覆銅板、廢舊電線的分離純度高而產(chǎn)量比較小，我公司開發(fā)的多滾筒靜電分離機(jī)和根據(jù)粉碎后電路板中銅粉與環(huán)氧樹脂粉（銅絲與電線皮）的密度比重差距比較大的原理，于2005年研制出了廢舊電路板氣流分選機(jī)在保障分選效果的同時(shí)解決了分離產(chǎn)量問題。

In addition, the electrostatic separation can separate the waste circuit copper clad laminates and waste wires with higher purity, but the output is lower. While guaranteeing the effect of separation, the problem of production separation has been solved by the multi-drum electrostatic separator and waste circuit board air separator developed by our company in 2005, and the latter is made according to the principle that the difference of density ratio between copper powder and epoxy powder (copper wire and wire skin) in the circuit board after smashed is greater.
