在買方無(wú)法完成的非緊急維修工作，需要供貨商現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)時(shí)，供貨商需在24小時(shí)內(nèi)派人到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)。

In emergency cases, where the problem can not be solved even The supplier has tried to help The purchaser by means of ephone call, or by other means, The supplier shall assign personnel to the site in 2 hours to provide service, who shall remain on site to do the troubleshooting continuously till the equipment system is put back to normal conditions.

對(duì)于處理緊急發(fā)生的故障，供貨商通過(guò)、傳真以及其它方式幫助買方，仍不能解決問(wèn)題時(shí)，供貨商需在2小時(shí)內(nèi)派人到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)，連續(xù)處理直到故障排除，設(shè)備系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)正常為止。

In case of special site service, The SuperCTRL shall arrange its site service personnel to join in overtime work activities and on-duty till the problem is solved.

在特殊現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)情況下，安排現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)人員參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)加班和值班直至問(wèn)題解決。
