Additionally, the SBC86840 supports high bandwidth dual-channel DDR2 533/667 DIMM up to 4GB memory and equips signal/dual channel 24-bit LVDS and PCIe x16 expansion interfaces. This industrial-grade motherboard possesses many traits and delivers a fine tool for system integrator developing a wide range of embedded applications such as gaming, entertainment, POS, DVR, ITS, interactive clients, industrial control and automation, digital security surveillance, and medical imaging applications.
