Abstract  The definition, composition and characteristics of IT system, the attention points of IT system using in medical sites are expounded. The expansions of the insulation monitoring functions of the IT system are introduced, including overload detection of IT system, temperature detection of the isolation transformer of IT system, the grounding fault location detection of IT system, as well as the insulation monitoring and the central monitoring system for all kinds of testing.

摘  要  闡述了IT系統(tǒng)的定義、組成及特點(diǎn)，IT系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)療場(chǎng)所應(yīng)用時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)。介紹了IT系統(tǒng)絕緣監(jiān)測(cè)功能的擴(kuò)展：IT系統(tǒng)過負(fù)荷檢測(cè)，IT系統(tǒng)隔離變壓器溫度檢測(cè)，IT系統(tǒng)接地故障定位檢測(cè)，以及絕緣監(jiān)測(cè)、各類檢測(cè)的*監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。

1  引言

隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人們生活水平的逐年提高，人們對(duì)電的需求量陡然增長(zhǎng)。與此同時(shí)，由于停電、漏電，以及線路絕緣故障引發(fā)的觸電、電氣火災(zāi)事故也隨之劇增對(duì)人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)重威脅。為了加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)供電的安全性和可靠性，《民用建筑電氣設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（JGJ 16-2008） 12.8.6條規(guī)定：在2類醫(yī)療場(chǎng)所內(nèi)，用于維持生命、*和其他位于“患者區(qū)域” 內(nèi)的醫(yī)用電氣設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的供電回路，均應(yīng)采用醫(yī)療IT系統(tǒng)。  

IT系統(tǒng)具有泄漏電流小，可帶故障運(yùn)行等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，因此在醫(yī)療場(chǎng)所、地下礦井、化工企業(yè)、船舶、電信、冶金、石油化工及交通工程等領(lǐng)域，IT系統(tǒng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
