第四部分: 售后服務(wù)及其它
D.   Service and Miscellanea

1. 安裝調(diào)試，培訓(xùn)和設(shè)備移交 Commissioning

合同總價包括安裝調(diào)試，儀器操作培訓(xùn)，設(shè)備移交用戶。在用戶現(xiàn)場安裝調(diào)試，培訓(xùn)和驗收的工作時間總計不超過2天。額外的工作需要另外收費。設(shè)備移交以設(shè)備驗收為終結(jié)。驗收展示分析系統(tǒng)的運行，儀器性能和供貨范圍滿足合同描述，由雙方代表簽訂驗收報告。安裝之前，買方必須按照賣方提供的安裝條件要求準備好安裝條件。如果由于買方原因?qū)е买炇諞]有完成，再次驗收需要另外收費。
The total price includes installation, commissioning of the analytical instrument and a basic training of its operation. The on-site installation and commissioning time of the system is limited to max. 2days. Additional requirements such as (but not limited to) analytical help, training etc. will be invoiced. The commissioning is completed with an acceptance test, which shall demonstrate the perfect operation of the analytical instruments. Upon fulfilment of the Spectro specifications of the quoted analytical instrument, the acceptance protocol has to be issued and signed by both parties. Prior to commissioning, the laboratory and all necessary facilities for the commissioning of quoted analytical instruments must be fulfilled by the purchaser/end user according to the installation requirements which provided by Seller. Any reason caused by purchaser/end user to lead the failing of commissioning, the re-commissioning will be invoiced. 

2. 保修期Warranty

保修期為驗收后12個月。除因用戶使用不當造成的損壞以外，保修期內(nèi)，德國斯派克分析儀器公司負責為用戶免費維修或更換相應(yīng)損壞部件。
The warranty period is 12 months.
供方負責終身維修。保修期外，供方應(yīng)繼續(xù)向用戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
The Seller should always provide the buyer with good service after warranty.
供方設(shè)有備件保稅倉庫，保證備件供應(yīng)。
The Seller must supply the spare parts to the buyer in time.
 
3. 驗收Acceptance

用再校準標樣進行技術(shù)驗收。
The international standard samples will be selected during acceptance.
按合同規(guī)定的供貨范圍進行清點驗收。
The quantity will be checked according to the supply scope of the contract.
   
4.本協(xié)議僅在中國大陸有效，所包含的儀器設(shè)備于在中國安裝使用。
All listed instruments is valid for use and installation in China only.
