該聯(lián)動線主要由自動理瓶機、洗灌旋(離子風氣洗+負壓灌裝+磁力旋蓋)三位一體聯(lián)動機、電磁感應封口機及不干膠貼標機組成，主要用來完成大容量口服溶液劑產(chǎn)品的整理、清除塵埃粒子、計量灌裝、封口及貼標簽等工序，整個生產(chǎn)過程在連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)工作狀態(tài)下進行,適用于塑料瓶，去除塵埃粒子，易產(chǎn)生泡沫，易滴漏，旋緊力度大，瓶子易擦傷并且產(chǎn)量要求高的產(chǎn)品。
This linkage production line is composed of the automatic bottle arrangement machine, washing, filling and capping (ion wind washing, negative pressure filling and magnetic force capping) machine, electromagnetic induction sealer and label sticker and is mainly used to arrange the large-capacity oral solution products, clean the dust particles, balance and fill, seal and stick mark. The three-function integrated machine is first invented in similar models in China.
