主要用途：

該設備適用于制藥、食品、化工、飲料等行業(yè)用50-1000ml的煎膏劑、蜂蜜劑、糖漿、合劑、酊水劑等其它塑料瓶或玻璃瓶液體制劑的自動化生產而設計的，特別適合濃度、粘度比較高，產品規(guī)格比較多的品種生產。

Main Applications:

This machine is applicable to the automatic production of 50-1000ml liquid medication in plastic bottle and glass bottle such as electuary, honey, syrup, mixture, and tincture in the field of medicine, chemical industry, food and beverage. It applies especially to the production of high density, high viscosity, and multiple scales.

性能特點：

氣缸擋瓶，機械手定位瓶口，灌裝對中準確，無強烈撞擊;
計量無級調節(jié)，從50-1000ml(跨度太大需更換部分規(guī)格件)，計量準確，計量誤差≤1%;
進、出口增大，灌裝高濃度不會發(fā)生堵塞現象;
氣吹平行送蓋，撥盤分蓋，旋蓋頭垂直取蓋，旋蓋對中準確;
磁力旋蓋，旋緊力度可調，磁力離合器自動離合，不傷瓶蓋;
凸輪升降瓶身定位裝置，定位準確，絕不打滑，不傷瓶身;

Performance Characteristics:

With air cylinder blockading the bottle, and manipulator positioning the bottle neck, this machine can fill accurately without collision.
With stepless regulation, which is from 50ml to 1000ml (if the span is too large, some parts should be changed), this machine measures accurately with measurement error of “≤1%".
With big flow-in and out, the machine avoids the blocking phenomenon in the filling of high density liquid.
Air blast parallels the caps. Drive plate distributes the caps. Spiral cover head catches the caps vertically and accurately.
Magnetic spiral cover adjusts the tightening and automatic clutch protects bottle body from break.
This machine positions accurately, never slip and protect the bottle against break by using the positioning device of cam lift bottle body.
