利用優(yōu)質(zhì)玻纖布復(fù)合PTFE樹脂制成表面平滑，高亮度的耐高溫布。該布料除具有優(yōu)異的釋放性，抗磨損性，低摩擦系數(shù)和耐腐蝕性之外，還能在-70℃～+260℃溫度加工過程中保持原有物理形態(tài)，不會變形。另鑒于其無毒、無臭、無味的特性，已被美國FDA批準(zhǔn)廣泛應(yīng)用于食品加工、包裝及其它處理領(lǐng)域。

特氟龍耐高溫布

鐵氟龍高溫布主要性能特點(diǎn)

1、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好(延伸系數(shù)小于5‰)、強(qiáng)度高。具有良好的機(jī)械特性。

2、用于低溫-70℃，高溫260℃之間，具有耐氣候性，抗老化。經(jīng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用，如在250℃高溫情況下連續(xù)放置200天，不但強(qiáng)度不會變低，而且重量也不減少;在350℃ 高溫下放置120個(gè)小時(shí)，重量只減少0.6%左右;在-180℃超低溫情況下不會產(chǎn)生龜裂，并保持原有的柔軟性。

3、非粘著性：不易粘附任何物質(zhì)。易于清洗附著其表面的各種油漬，污點(diǎn)或其它附著物;漿糊、樹脂、涂料等幾乎所有粘著物質(zhì)都可簡單地清除;

4、耐化學(xué)腐蝕，能耐強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿及各種有機(jī)溶劑的腐蝕。

5、摩擦系數(shù)低(0.05-0.1)，是無油自潤滑的。

6、透光率達(dá)6～13 %。

7、具有高絕緣性能(介電常數(shù)?。?.6，正切在0.0025以下)、防紫外線、防靜電。

8、耐藥劑性、無毒性。幾乎可耐所有藥劑物品。

9、防火阻燃。

特氟龍耐高溫焊布應(yīng)用范圍

1、抗粘的內(nèi)襯、墊片、蒙布和輸送帶;根據(jù)厚度不同，用于各種烘干機(jī)械的輸送帶、粘合帶、封口帶等。

2、塑料制品焊接，焊封用的焊布;塑料片、膜、熱封壓片襯帶。

3、電氣的高絕緣：電氣絕緣帶基、隔片、墊片、襯圈。高頻覆銅板板。

4、耐熱包復(fù)層;疊層基材，隔熱體包扎。
