      GE358-A分絲整經(jīng)機(jī)是適用于母絲（滌綸、錦綸等）原料的高性能整經(jīng)機(jī)。單股母絲由若干根單絲組成，該機(jī)可大大節(jié)約客戶的原料 成本，節(jié)約生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)地和提高生產(chǎn)率。
      該機(jī)主要由紗架、導(dǎo)紗裝置、后牽伸羅拉、張力輟、分絲集束板、前牽伸羅拉、車頭組成。
      每股母絲都單一只力矩電機(jī)給予一定的初始張力，后牽伸羅拉從紗架上牽出母絲；通過(guò)若干道張力銀保持一定的張力。通過(guò)分絲 集束板進(jìn)行分絲；前牽伸羅拉對(duì)分絲后的單絲進(jìn)行牽伸并控制平衡力。最終由車頭進(jìn)行恒線速收卷。
      整個(gè)整經(jīng)過(guò)程線速度恒定，張力可控、波動(dòng)小。
