1、 本機是生產(chǎn)空調(diào)短U彎零件的全自動專用設(shè)備，通過更換模具及導(dǎo)向零件，可彎制Φ7～Φ15.88的銅管。
2、 該機的送料、夾緊送芯、鋸切彎由采用氣缸或沒缸驅(qū)動，電器及氣動元件均采用進口或產(chǎn)品。
3、 該機同時加工兩條銅管，全自動生產(chǎn)效率高、工作性能平穩(wěn)，是生產(chǎn)短U產(chǎn)品的理想設(shè)備。
1. The machine is automatic equipment specially used for the production of short U bending parts of air condition. By replacing dies and guiding parts, copper tubes with diameter of 7~15.88mmcan be bent.
2. The feeding, clamping for core transmitting and sawing of the machine are driven by cylinder. Electrical and pneumatic components are imported or brａnd products.
3. The machine can be used to automatically process two copper tubes at the same time with high efficiency and stability. It is the ideal equipment for the production of short U products.
