PJQD-真空多用爐應(yīng)用于航天/航空、兵器、汽車、電子、機(jī)械工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。
PJQD -真空多用爐具有6-12bar氣冷功能的單室臥式真空熱處理設(shè)備，適用于高速鋼、高合金鋼工模具等材料的淬火,軟磁材料、鈦合金的退火及高溫真空釬焊等多種真空熱處理工藝。
應(yīng)用于各種鋼制機(jī)械零件、汽車配件、模具材料等進(jìn)行氣體滲氮、氮碳共滲。由真空主體（真空腔體，真空機(jī)組，熱攪拌， 氣體外循環(huán)快淬系統(tǒng)，）溫控系統(tǒng)，氫探頭氮?jiǎng)轀y(cè) 量系統(tǒng)，質(zhì)量流量控制系統(tǒng)，PE氮化專家控制系統(tǒng)等組成。
