無軸螺旋輸送機用于污水處理廠輸送中細格柵其柵條凈距50mm的除污機柵渣和壓濾機泥餅等物料。環(huán)保性能好。采用全封閉輸送和易清洗的螺旋表面，可保證環(huán)境衛(wèi)生和所送物料不受污染、不泄漏。扭距大、能耗低。由于螺旋無軸，物料不易堵塞，排料口不堵塞，因而可以較低速度運轉(zhuǎn)，平穩(wěn)傳動，降低能耗。扭距可達4000N/m。輸送量大。輸送量是相同直徑傳統(tǒng)有軸螺旋輸送機的1.5倍。輸送距離長。單機輸送長度可達60米。并可根據(jù)用戶需要，采用多級串聯(lián)式安裝，超長距離輸送物料。能機動工作。我公司開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的移動型無軸螺旋輸送機，能機動工作，一機多用。既可下方出料，又可端頭出料。采用特制襯板，該機可在高溫下工作。結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，節(jié)省空間，外型美觀，操作簡便，經(jīng)濟耐用。

組織結(jié)構(gòu)

無軸螺旋輸送機主要由驅(qū)動裝置、頭部裝配、機殼、無軸螺旋體、槽體襯板、進料口、出料口、機蓋(需要時)、底座等組成。
驅(qū)動裝置：采用擺線針輪輪減速機或軸裝式硬齒面齒輪減速機，設計時應盡可能將驅(qū)動裝置設在出料口端，使螺旋體在運轉(zhuǎn)時處在受拉狀態(tài)。
頭部裝配有推力軸承，可承受輸送物料時產(chǎn)生的軸向力。
機殼：機殼為U型或O型，上部加防雨型機蓋，材質(zhì)有不銹鋼或碳鋼或玻璃鋼。
無軸螺旋體：材質(zhì)為不銹鋼或碳鋼。
槽體襯板：材質(zhì)為耐磨的塑料板或橡膠板或鑄石板等。
進、出料口：有方形和圓形兩種，一般進、出料口形式由用戶決定。
Structure
