INFICON 貝阿德-阿爾珀特皮拉尼（Pirani）BPG402-S型復(fù)合真空計(jì)將兩種真空計(jì)的功能融合到一個(gè)緊湊型裝置中，測(cè)量范圍為 5×10-10 毫巴至大氣壓（3.8×10-10 托至大氣壓）。多項(xiàng)技術(shù)相結(jié)合降低了安裝、設(shè)置和集成的復(fù)雜性。選擇帶有兩根氧化釔鍍層銥絲的BPG400型真空計(jì)，價(jià)格經(jīng)濟(jì)，且可重復(fù)測(cè)量基準(zhǔn)壓力。傳感元件自帶的在軌校準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)在更換傳感器時(shí)確保了高再現(xiàn)性。
