概述
油封旋轉(zhuǎn)性能試驗(yàn)機(jī)適用各種回轉(zhuǎn)式油封進(jìn)行密封性能的試驗(yàn)和研究工作，油封安裝在試驗(yàn)機(jī)上，主軸以一定的速度回轉(zhuǎn)，經(jīng)過(guò)一定時(shí)間的運(yùn)行，觀察油封是否滲漏，每次可試驗(yàn)2件油封，測(cè)試軸可正、反轉(zhuǎn)。本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，設(shè)計(jì)新穎，起動(dòng)性能性好，起動(dòng)力矩大，調(diào)速范圍廣，轉(zhuǎn)速變化率小，噪聲低，操作方便。符合GB/T 14273《旋轉(zhuǎn)軸唇密封圈性能試驗(yàn)方法》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
Features and use: It suits for testing oil seal performance of all kinds of turn round type oil seal.Oil seal is putting on the tester and principal axis turns round with a certain speed.Whether the oil seal has leakage after running is important.It can test 2 pieces every time. Test axis can turn positively and negatively.The tester structure is in reason,starting performance is good,ａnd timing range is extensive,noise is low.It suits for GB/T 14273.
