　　RFC-Q系列三位一體機(jī)是集瓶子沖洗、等壓灌裝、擰蓋于一機(jī)，是一臺高速的全自動含汽液體包裝設(shè)備。該機(jī)主要適用于含汽飲料的生產(chǎn)與包裝。

　　性能與特點：
　　1）該機(jī)適用容器為符合QB1868-93《聚（PET）軟飲料瓶》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的塑料瓶 ，使用瓶蓋為符合QB/T2372-98《塑料防盜蓋技術(shù)條件》的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓形塑料防盜蓋。
　　2）灌裝缸、灌裝閥等與物料直接接觸的零部件均采用優(yōu)良不銹鋼或無毒材料制造，符合食品衛(wèi)生要求。
　　3）密封件采用耐熱橡膠，滿足了用戶高溫消毒的工藝要求。
　　4）采用可編程序控制器，實現(xiàn)了從瓶子入機(jī)到包裝完畢的全過程自動控制。
　　5）采用變頻調(diào)速控制，易于用戶調(diào)整設(shè)備。
　　6）采用等壓灌裝原理及流行的彈簧閥，確保飲料品質(zhì)。
　　7）采用*的磁力離合調(diào)整擰蓋力矩裝置，確保了封蓋質(zhì)量。

　　The RFC-Q series rinsing filling capping machine is a high efficient automatic carbonated liquid packing machine, which perfectly combines bottle rinsing machine isobaric filling machine and capping machine together in one unit. 　　1 The applicable vessels for this machine are plastic bottles that conform to the standard QB 1868-93 “PET soft drink bottle”。 The bottle cap adopted is the standard round plastic theftproof cap that conforms to QB/T2372-98 “technical conditions of plastic theftproof cap”。
　　2 All parts directly contacting liquid such as filling tank and filling valve are made of superior stainless steel or nontoxic materials, which meet the requirement of food hygiene,

　　4 The PLC is adopted to realize automatic control in the whole process from bottle feeding to packing finishing.
