產(chǎn)品介紹
用途
適用于BOPP/PVC/PE/透明膠帶/美紋紙/雙面膠帶/牛皮紙膠帶等之分切。
特點(diǎn)
1．主機(jī)傳動(dòng)部分：采用AC馬達(dá)搭配變頻器作為切卷材料傳動(dòng)，加減速穩(wěn)定。
2．控制單元：使用可程序控制，同軸中可設(shè)定多種尺寸自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換切割。
3．操作面板部分：操作接口采用LCD觸控屏10寸，可直接在屏幕上設(shè)定各種切卷?xiàng)l件及監(jiān)控運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀況。
4．電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)：控制系統(tǒng)為PLC可程式控制器，同軸中可設(shè)定多種尺寸，切割時(shí)可根據(jù)設(shè)定好的尺寸及數(shù)量自動(dòng)調(diào)整切割寬度。
5．切卷定位系統(tǒng)：使用三菱伺服馬達(dá)控制，精度滾珠螺桿進(jìn)行尺寸定位及使用線性滑軌承載刀座;定位動(dòng)作精確平順。
6．進(jìn)刀定位系統(tǒng)：使用三菱伺服馬達(dá)控制進(jìn)刀方式，可擬人化做三段式速度進(jìn)刀切卷。提高效率并得到品質(zhì)。
7．圓刀角度調(diào)整：使用三菱伺服馬達(dá)計(jì)算圓刀角度轉(zhuǎn)向，因應(yīng)不同材料做不同角度變化(角度調(diào)整范圍±8°) 當(dāng)切割平面不佳時(shí)，可直接變換切割角度。可減少換刀次數(shù)，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
8．自動(dòng)換卷裝置:使用氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)定位齒利用活動(dòng)花鍵進(jìn)行傳動(dòng),保證換卷快速精確;同時(shí)可以作到不停機(jī)換卷，節(jié)約停機(jī)上下料的停機(jī)時(shí)間，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
9．快速換軸裝置：本機(jī)器有三種切割軸可供選用，采用快速換軸方式，因應(yīng)不同材料需求。

FD-1300 Four-shaft Auto Roll Cutting Machine
Application
Suitable for cutting BOPP tape, PVC insulation tape, masking tape, double sided tape, duct tape, medical tape, etc.
Feature
1. Main driving part | Taiwan AC motor with inverter is employed. |
2. Central control unit | Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting. |
3. Operating panel | All functions are operated on the 10" LCD touch panel. |
4. Motor control system | The central control system is PLC programmable controller. |
5. Cutting positioning system: | Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the cutter seat. |
6. Blade feeding positioning system | Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages. |
7. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade | Mitsubishi servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°). |
8. Auto exchange device | Cylinder-driven position spline gear is used to ensure fast & precise exchange; non-stop machine to save material loading & unloading time and improve efficiency. |
9. Quick shaft change system: | Three kinds of shafts are available and quick change of shafts is applied for different materials. |
