一.參照標準standard：
JB/T 9014.7—1999續(xù)輸送設備 散粒物料堆積角的測定；ZB J8 1 006.7—88 《 續(xù)輸送設備 散粒物料堆積角的測定》

二.適用范圍Scope of Application：
標準規(guī)定了散粒物料堆積角的測定方法；適用于連續(xù)輸送設備輸送的粒度為 0~50mm的散粒物料的自然堆積角和動態(tài)堆積角的測定。

三.原理Principle：
在設定的試驗條件下，測定物料的自然堆積角和動態(tài)堆積角，以供評價物料的流動性級別和計算物料的內(nèi)摩擦系數(shù)。

四.參數(shù)要求： Parameters
粒度小于6mm 的物料采用堆積角、逆止角測定儀進行測定

振動平臺：采用磁振動方式；振幅為0.5mm，頻率為0-250Hz

下料口距離平板間距250mm可調(diào)節(jié)；下料口直徑50mm，料筒內(nèi)徑：300mm

8. 粒度大于6mm 的物料采用人工堆積法進行測定
