          HVC系列程控維氏硬度計(jì)有六種型號(hào):分別為10kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)、30kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)、50kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)，是采用精密機(jī)械和傳感器及光、電、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件程序控制相結(jié)合的新型硬度測(cè)試儀。該硬度計(jì)改變了傳統(tǒng)硬度計(jì)用砝碼重量作為試驗(yàn)力加載的方式，從而簡(jiǎn)化了硬度計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高了硬度計(jì)的自動(dòng)程度和綜合精度，是國(guó)內(nèi)目前*的一臺(tái)用計(jì)算機(jī)控制的維氏硬度計(jì)。它可用于測(cè)試金屬的維氏或努氏硬度，通過(guò)把測(cè)量的對(duì)角線值輸入到一體化計(jì)算器，從而計(jì)算出硬度值。D型還擁有測(cè)量物鏡與壓頭自動(dòng)切換裝置。
       
          該硬度計(jì)應(yīng)用范圍廣，即適用于測(cè)量微小、薄形及表面滲鍍層處理后的零件，也適用于一般機(jī)械零件測(cè)試，顯微維氏硬度試驗(yàn)更能進(jìn)行材料金相組織及脆性材料的硬度測(cè)量。是工廠及質(zhì)檢部門進(jìn)行研究測(cè)試的理想的硬度測(cè)試儀器。
