產(chǎn)品介紹
Description:
1. Available force 500 kg;
2. Production speed: 350 – 500 items per hour;
3. Machine meet the EU safety requirements;
4. Adjustable dwell time from 0 to100 seconds (calibration – 1 sec.);
5. Cycle counter with reset facility;
6. Heat control adjustable up to 300°C with the alarm system when heat exceeds pre-set value;
7. Automatic lowering of temperature during downtime;
8. Short time of heating elements’ replacement;
9. Heating elements provide even heating of the silicon roller during the cycle;
10. Vertical stroke of the head (with the heater and silicon roller) – 20 -100 mm;

12. Foil advance mechanism should provide adjustable tension preventing from irregular pulling;
13. Max. width of the foil - 120 mm;
