半硅磚產(chǎn)品介紹

半硅磚可分為燒結(jié)磚和不燒磚兩種，不燒磚多采用水玻璃做結(jié)合劑，結(jié)磚燒成工藝與粘土磚大致相同，燒成溫度比粘土磚高，一般在1350~1410℃。

半硅磚特點(diǎn)：

具有抗酸性爐渣、高溫結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度高、體積穩(wěn)定性良好等。

半硅磚應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域：

主要適用于砌筑焦?fàn)t、酸性化鐵爐、冶金爐煙道以及盛鋼桶內(nèi)襯等。
