拆垛機(jī):主要用于將堆疊在托盤(pán)上的貨物按照預(yù)設(shè)程序逐個(gè)或者整層取出,常應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)線的前端,將入庫(kù)的托盤(pán)貨物自動(dòng)分解到輸送帶上,以便進(jìn)一步分揀或直接進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)流程。拆垛機(jī)一般配備有機(jī)械臂、吸盤(pán)、夾爪等不同類(lèi)型的末端執(zhí)行器,以適應(yīng)不同形狀、尺寸和材質(zhì)的貨物。
拆筐機(jī):與拆垛機(jī)類(lèi)似,但主要針對(duì)裝在筐內(nèi)的貨物進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化拆解工作。它能夠識(shí)別并精準(zhǔn)抓取筐內(nèi)物品,通過(guò)機(jī)械臂或其他自動(dòng)化裝置將物品從筐中取出,并按要求放置在位置。

Basket destacking robots and destackers are common equipment in modern automated logistics systems, mainly used to handle the unloading of goods from pallets or baskets.
Destacker: It is mainly used to take out the goods stacked on the pallet one by one or the whole layer according to the preset program, and is often used at the front end of the production line to automatically decompose the inbound palletized goods onto the conveyor belt for further sorting or direct entry into the production process. Destackers are generally equipped with different types of end-effectors such as robotic arms, suction cups, grippers, etc., to accommodate goods of different shapes, sizes, and materials.
Basket destacker: Similar to the destacker, but mainly for the automatic dismantling of goods packed in the basket. It recognizes and precisely grips the contents of the basket, removes the items from the basket by means of a robotic arm or other automated device, and places them in the designated position as required.
Basket destacker: This equipment integrates the functions of the above two machines, which can handle both the goods on the pallet and the basket goods, so as to achieve efficient and accurate dismantling of goods with a variety of loading methods, greatly improving logistics efficiency and reducing labor costs.
In practical applications, these devices usually work together with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), and other automated logistics equipment to build a complete intelligent warehousing solution.
