LC-YG15自動壓蓋機(jī)

用途Applications：
本產(chǎn)品主要適用于各種PET塑料、鐵質(zhì)、鋁質(zhì)及紙質(zhì)罐等的圓瓶封口包裝，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計*、結(jié)構(gòu)合理，并且操作簡單，是食品、醫(yī)藥、茶葉和化工等行業(yè)的理想包裝設(shè)備。
Can Lid capping machine is a new design automatic capping machine for tin can, plastic bottlers or jars. Caps can be plastic, metal, or other meterial.
It has advanced PLC& touch screen control system, all SS304 machine body, high performance, stable working, easy to operate and maintenance, widely used in food, beverage, pharmacy, chemical industries.
主要特點Features：
1、全自動生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計，極易與灌裝系統(tǒng)，稱重充填系統(tǒng)或貼標(biāo)系統(tǒng)組成流水作業(yè)生產(chǎn)線；
2、采用四個封口輪兩兩對稱安裝，其中兩把刀完成卷邊，另外兩刀完成壓邊，原理簡單，調(diào)節(jié)方便，受力平衡；
3、采用一代機(jī)械設(shè)計，封口過程罐體不旋轉(zhuǎn)，只是封口滾刀旋轉(zhuǎn)完成封口，可靠安全，特別適合易碎產(chǎn)品及液體產(chǎn)品封罐包裝；
4、滾刀及壓頭采用Cr12模具鋼加工處理制造，經(jīng)久耐用，封口性能好；
