一、主要性能

1、摟草機(jī)構(gòu)安裝在機(jī)車右后位置，摟草運(yùn)行情況在機(jī)車駕駛員視野范圍內(nèi)，車、機(jī)一體，轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑小，適應(yīng)作業(yè)范圍廣。
2、四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)機(jī)械起落，駕駛員一人操作一次性完成摟草作業(yè)。
3、改變懸掛連接點(diǎn)，可解決機(jī)架易損易松等缺陷。
4、通用性強(qiáng)，可與12-30馬力拖拉機(jī)配套使用。
I. Brief Introduction to Performance:
Shandong developed and designed this kind of Rake, on the base of absorbing advantage of various models of machines. LC Model Rear-fixed Semi-suspension tractor horizontal Rake is of simple structure, reliable performance and other features; we manufactured the machine exclusively and won the good grace of the wide customers.
1. Rake structure is installed in the locomotive right-rear part, and the working condition is in the field of vision of the operator. Tractor and rake are integrated, and the turning radius is small, it has a wide range of application. 2. Rake is mechanically lifted up and down by four-bar linkage; the operator can independently complete the whole operation one-time.
3. Through changing suspension connecting point, we can solve the problem of damaging and loosening frame and other defects. 4. It has the wide range of application and matches the tractor of 12-30 HP.

三、使用與調(diào)整
1、四連桿起落機(jī)構(gòu)（牽引架）：后梁在一立板鉆有兩孔，調(diào)節(jié)起落輕重，同時(shí)在長距離運(yùn)輸時(shí)，將后梁懸空，用鎖鏈將其鎖住。
2、摟草耙：由耙梁與彈齒組成，與牽引架通過銷軸連接。
3、壓草器：安裝在牽引架上，用螺栓固定，其末端高度應(yīng)在50厘米左右，用手下壓或上拉鋼筋把手來達(dá)到排草。
III. Use and adjustment:
1. Risingfalling mechanism of fourbar linkage （Pulling frame）: the two holes drilled in the vertical board of rear beam can be used to adjust the weight of rising and falling. During longdistance transportation, it can suspend the rear beam and lock it with chains. 2. Rake: it is consisted of the rake beam and spring tooth, and connected with pulling frame by pins. 3. Implement for pressing grass: It is installed in the pullingframe and fixed with bolts, the height of the end is about 50cm. It can get rid of the weeds through pressing and pulling the reinforcing handle with hand.
