      在設(shè)備對(duì)其廢氣進(jìn)行處理的過程中,廢氣通過水洗箱后,使其中的洗滌液具有酸性和含有大量雜質(zhì)。如不及時(shí)地清洗這些腐蝕性物質(zhì)和雜質(zhì),不僅會(huì)縮短水洗箱的壽命,而且將直接影響等設(shè)備的凈化效率。因此,為了更好的保護(hù)設(shè)備,讓設(shè)備更好的為我們所用,我們需要了解一下它該如何保養(yǎng)。

      (1)每班班前須往水洗箱及副水箱加水,水應(yīng)清潔并加到規(guī)定的水位;

      (2)使用過程中經(jīng)常檢查水位,使其保持在規(guī)定水位;

      (3)每班結(jié)束時(shí),應(yīng)放盡對(duì)廢氣凈化設(shè)備中水洗箱內(nèi)的洗滌液;

      (4)定期檢查水洗箱是否滲漏、損壞,接頭是否松脫;

      (5)定期用*水溶液清洗殘存的酸性物質(zhì)。

If organic waste gas concentration exceeds 25%, special measures should be taken to prevent tempering from oxidizer to exhaust gas source. The cost of this ability to deal with large range of elastic capacity is the high fuel cost of this type of oxidizer.

       

      Special care must be taken when organic waste gas contains high concentration of organic acids (such as chlorine, fluorine, sulfur and halogen). They will cause serious corrosion to equipment or catalyst poisoning.

       

      When organic waste gas contains tiny particles, special care must also be taken. For example, when the exhaust gas contains oil mist particles, they will gather in the cooler part of the pipeline and oxidizer, so the equipment needs cleaning regularly.
