2、介質(zhì)溫度，是否含固體顆粒：-20攝氏度至90攝氏度，三螺桿泵不容許有固體顆粒，雙螺桿泵容許小于螺桿間隙柔性顆粒。

HSN三螺桿泵選型步驟及注意事項

首先要準確了解HSN三螺桿泵的實際工作參數(shù)，如壓力、流量、介質(zhì)的工作溫度及介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度、介質(zhì)有無潤滑性、腐蝕性等；
1, we should accuray understand the actual working parameters of the HSN three screw pump, such as the temperature and medium pressure, flow rate, medium viscosity at operating temperature, medium with and withoutlubrication, corrosion resistance;
根據(jù)介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度初步選擇泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，選擇n=1450r/min比較適合，當粘度大于300mm2/s，請慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量，以免泵產(chǎn)生振動；

如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值小于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，那么泵選型正確；如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值大于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，則要選擇大一檔的泵或是降低轉(zhuǎn)速，并重新校合NPSHr值。NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K（一般情況安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m）

1） 螺桿泵屬于旋轉(zhuǎn)容積式泵，兼有離心泵和容積泵的優(yōu)點，可以解決常規(guī)抽油泵的油稠，卡砂和氣鎖現(xiàn)象；
