選型步驟及注意事項(xiàng)
1、首先要準(zhǔn)確了解泵的實(shí)際工作參數(shù)，如壓力、流量、介質(zhì)的工作溫度及介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度、介質(zhì)有無潤滑性、腐蝕性等；
2、根據(jù)介質(zhì)在工作溫度下的粘度初步選擇泵的轉(zhuǎn)速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，選擇n=1450r/min比較適合，當(dāng)粘度大于300mm2/s，請(qǐng)慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量，以免泵產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)；
3、從泵的性能表上，按所需流量、壓力等參數(shù)初步選擇泵的規(guī)格；
4、從泵的必需汽蝕表（P15）上，根據(jù)泵的規(guī)格、轉(zhuǎn)速、粘度查出泵的必需汽蝕余量
NPSHr值；
5、如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值小于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，那么泵選型正確；如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值大于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，則要選擇大一檔的泵或是降低轉(zhuǎn)速，并重新校合NPSHr值。
NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K（一般情況安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m）
6、選定泵的規(guī)格后，在對(duì)應(yīng)的粘度下，從表中查出此規(guī)格泵在工作壓力下△P下的流量與軸功率N1，選配電機(jī)功率N2，N2 ≥ K·N1。
