1、建議三螺桿泵的安裝位置，盡可能地靠近該三螺桿泵抽送介質(zhì)的 供液源。三螺桿泵房應(yīng)該明亮寬敞、干凈、干燥，以便進行日常維護，并有足夠的空間進行安裝、維護與保養(yǎng)；

9、安裝前應(yīng)對吸入、排出管清理干凈,嚴(yán)禁帶入焊渣、鐵銹等雜物,以免進入三螺桿泵后螺桿咬死；

操作事項

為了保證三螺桿泵的安全運轉(zhuǎn)，*次啟動前的zui終檢查是非常必要的，下面所列設(shè)備交付正常運轉(zhuǎn)所必須檢查的幾項內(nèi)容：

1、檢查所有管道：管道是否都有獨立與三螺桿泵的單獨支撐，并保證對三螺桿泵不施加額外的力，管道以及其它附件的結(jié)合處是否有泄漏，所有管道是否都已沖洗干凈。閥門以及控制儀器是否都起作用，過濾器的網(wǎng)目是否符合要求；

3、檢查進出口壓力表以及其它儀表是否工作正常；

5、當(dāng)三螺桿泵軸承為外置時，應(yīng)檢查齒輪箱內(nèi)的油位是否達到規(guī)定的位置，過量的齒輪油會引起齒輪油的過熱；

6、檢查三螺桿泵軸的轉(zhuǎn)動：用手轉(zhuǎn)動聯(lián)軸器，檢查三螺桿泵軸聯(lián)軸器與電機軸是否均勻地轉(zhuǎn)動，如果有任何的磨擦與咬合，則不應(yīng)交付使用，應(yīng)該查出故障原因并排除；

8、打開管路所有閥門，保證整個輸送管道底暢通；

9、帶冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)的，開機前應(yīng)先沖冷卻液，保證排水口有較大的冷卻液流出；

10、啟動電機檢查裝置是否有異常噪聲與震動。任何異常的震動和聲音的改變必須尋清原因，并加以排除；

11、如需停三螺桿泵應(yīng)先斷開電機電源再停三螺桿泵，然后關(guān)閉進、出口管道上閘閥。

HSD系列三螺桿泵是我公司順應(yīng)市場及客戶需求而專門設(shè)計研發(fā)的一種效率高、噪音低、用途廣、壽命長的產(chǎn)品，它特別適合黏度在380cst ~ 460cst以上無固體顆粒、無腐蝕性介質(zhì)的輸送。產(chǎn)品按照GB/T10886-2002設(shè)計生產(chǎn)。
一、結(jié)構(gòu)特點
1、HSD系列三螺桿泵由特殊形狀螺旋型面構(gòu)成，是一種*的定量容積泵。工作時，主動螺桿在原動機的帶動下轉(zhuǎn)動，其運動的密封腔室把液體由進口吸入并沿軸向連續(xù)無脈動的輸送到出口。在整個輸送過程中，由于密封腔的體積沒有發(fā)生變化，對所輸送的介質(zhì)不壓縮，因此該泵運行平穩(wěn)，噪音低、振動小，流量也穩(wěn)定；
2、主、從動螺桿采用軸向低壓平衡。主、從動螺桿在運轉(zhuǎn)中處于受拉狀態(tài)，因而螺桿不易變形；從動螺桿由液壓力驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn)，主、從動螺桿間無接觸，因此螺桿無磨損；
3、泵體為雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，夾層可以通加熱介質(zhì)對泵內(nèi)介質(zhì)進行加熱保溫；
4、泵進出口方向可根據(jù)用戶要求進行變換，有后進上出（基型）、上進上出、左進上出、右進上出等等（詳見代號說明），便于用戶現(xiàn)場配管。
5、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，機械效率高，維修方便，自吸能力強，使用壽命長；
