　　鉛筆硬度計(jì)工作原理：

　　涂膜硬度是涂膜的一種重要物理性能，其大小直接影響涂膜的一些重要使用性能，例如耐磨損性、耐磨粒性能、耐摩擦性、耐劃痕性、耐沖擊性及涂膜滯留作用及清洗難易等，因此，涂膜硬度是評(píng)定涂料性能的必測(cè)指標(biāo)。使用本儀器可方便地測(cè)定涂膜硬度。

　　主要由鉛筆架和試驗(yàn)臺(tái)組成，鉛筆架與立柱等組成四連桿結(jié)構(gòu)，保證了砝碼的重量垂直作用于鉛筆芯與試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的交點(diǎn)上，并使鉛筆與試驗(yàn)臺(tái)成45°夾角，并保持不變。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)可橫向、縱向移動(dòng)，用它固定涂料樣板，并使樣板朝著劃痕方向滑動(dòng)，鉛筆**在試片上劃出相應(yīng)軌跡來(lái)。換用不同鉛筆劃不同痕跡，據(jù)此可判定涂膜的硬度值。

　　Working principle of pencil hardness tester:

　　Film hardness is an important physical property of the coating film,ａnd its size directly affects some important use properties of the coating film,such as abrasion resistance,abrasion resistance,abrasion resistance,scratch resistance,impact resistance,ａnd coating Film retention and ease of cleaning,etc.Therefore,the hardness of the coating film is an indispensable indicator for evaluating coating performance.Using this instrument can easily determine the hardness of the coating film.

　　It mainly consists of a pencil stａnd and a test stand.The pencil stａnd and the post form a four-link structure,which ensures that the weight of the weight acts vertically on the intersection of the pencil lead and the test stand,ａnd makes the pencil and the test stａnd at an angle of 45°.And remain the same.The test bench can be moved horizontally and longitudinally,use it to fix the paint sample,ａnd slide the sample towards the direction of the scratch.The pencil**draws the corresponding track on the test piece.Use different pencils to draw different marks,ａnd based on this,you can determine the hardness of the coating film.

　　臺(tái)式鉛筆硬度計(jì)操作及使用方法：

　　★準(zhǔn)備

　　按GB1727-70要求準(zhǔn)備120*50*（0.2-0.3）平滑馬口鐵板或按產(chǎn)品規(guī)定的底材，制備涂膜。

　　用鉛筆刀把每支鉛筆前端削去木質(zhì)部分，露出5-6mm柱狀筆芯（注意鉛筆芯A松動(dòng)或削傷鉛芯），用手握住鉛筆，使鉛筆始終與400號(hào)砂紙成90°角，在砂紙上摩擦鉛芯端面，直到獲得一端平滑邊緣銳利的筆端為止（邊緣要無(wú)破碎或缺口）

　　把削好的鉛筆插入鉛筆架上。調(diào)整鉛筆，使鉛筆芯工作端面與砝碼心重合（相應(yīng)鉛芯工作端面與鉛筆架約25mm），然后用螺釘擰緊，使鉛筆位置固定。

　　松開夾緊螺母，放入需測(cè)定的涂膜試片，然后擰緊螺母，使試片固定。

　　松開止動(dòng)螺釘，調(diào)整平衡錘，使工作桿平衡（即使鉛筆剛好接觸到試片上），然后擰緊止動(dòng)螺釘，使鉛筆芯工作面離開涂膜試片。

　　把砝碼輕輕放在鉛筆架上。

　　★測(cè)試

　　松開止動(dòng)螺釘，使鉛筆芯輕輕降下到被測(cè)涂膜試片上。

　　轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，使涂膜板朝劃痕方向移動(dòng)大約5mm(順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪)，并留意觀察表面是否劃破。

　　取下砝碼，更換鉛筆，旋動(dòng)試臺(tái)旋扭，使試驗(yàn)臺(tái)縱向移動(dòng)一定距離更換試片劃痕位置，重復(fù)準(zhǔn)備操作后，再做下一次試驗(yàn)，依次用每種型號(hào)硬度的鉛筆一次犁出五道痕跡。

　　從A硬的鉛筆開始用此方法，當(dāng)鑒定五道痕跡中，若有兩次或兩次以上犁傷膜時(shí)，換上一級(jí)的鉛筆，直到找出五道痕跡中，只有一次犁傷涂膜的鉛筆（或沒有破壞）。則這一級(jí)鉛筆的硬度值**代表被測(cè)涂膜的硬度。

　　Table pencil hardness tester operation and use method:

　　★Ready

　　Prepare 120*50*(0.2-0.3)smooth tinplate according to the requirements of GB1727-70 or the substrate specified by the product to prepare a coating film.

　　Use a pencil sharpener to cut the wooden part of the front end of each pencil to expose a 5-6mm columnar refill(note that pencil core A is loose or cut the lead core).Hold the pencil with your hａnd so that the pencil is always at a 90°angle with 400-size sandpaper.Rub the end surface of the lead on the sandpaper until you get a smooth pen with a sharp edge at one end(the edge should be free of chipping or chipping)

　　Insert the sharpened pencil into the pencil holder.Adjust the pencil so that the working surface of the pencil lead coincides with the weight center(the corresponding working surface of the lead lead is about 25mm from the pencil holder),ａnd then tighten with a screw to fix the pencil position.

　　Loosen the clamping nut,put in the coating film test piece to be measured,ａnd then tighten the nut to fix the test piece.

　　Loosen the stop screw,adjust the balance weight to balance the work bar(even if the pencil just touches the test piece),ａnd then tighten the stop screw to make the working surface of the pencil lead separate from the coating film test piece.

　　Put the weight gently on the pencil holder.

　　★test

　　Loosen the stop screw,ａnd lower the pencil lead slightly onto the test film of the test film.

　　Turn the hａnd wheel to move the coating film plate about 5mm in the direction of the scratch(turn the hａnd wheel clockwise),ａnd pay attention to observe whether the surface is scratched.

　　Remove the weight,replace the pencil,rotate the test bench to make the test bench move a certain distance in the longitudinal direction to change the scratch position of the test piece,repeat the preparation operation,ａnd then perform the next test,plow with each type of pencil in order Five traces appear.

　　Use this method from A hard pencil.When the five traces are identified,if there are two or more ploughing membranes,replace the pencil with the next level until you find the five traces.Only one ploughing is applied.Membrane pencil(or not broken).Then the hardness value**of this grade pencil represents the hardness of the tested coating film.

　　臺(tái)式鉛筆硬度計(jì)日常維護(hù)：

　　本儀器使用時(shí)力求轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，使用一段時(shí)間后，須在絲桿、軸承等轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部位注入機(jī)油。

　　本儀器使用一段時(shí)間后，緊定螺釘，螺母須擰緊，以免松動(dòng)。

　　Desktop pencil hardness tester daily maintenance:

　　When using this instrument,it is required to rotate flexibly.After using for a period of time,oil must be injected into the rotating parts such as the screw rod and the bearing.
