  SB型系列離心機(jī)是我公司根據(jù)廣大用戶(hù)進(jìn)行GMP規(guī)范改造而設(shè)計(jì)的全密閉離心機(jī)，電機(jī)由變頻控制（也可采用離合器）平穩(wěn)啟動(dòng)，通過(guò)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓繞其主軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)形成離心力場(chǎng)。加料轉(zhuǎn)速、清洗轉(zhuǎn)速，脫液轉(zhuǎn)速都可以在一定轉(zhuǎn)速（O-轉(zhuǎn)鼓zui高轉(zhuǎn)速）同任意選擇，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，料液被拋向轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁，液相經(jīng)濾袋和轉(zhuǎn)鼓小孔進(jìn)入機(jī)殼空間落到機(jī)身底盤(pán)上，經(jīng)出液口排出，固相物料留在濾袋內(nèi)。料液由加料管加入，洗滌水通過(guò)洗滌管加入，加料、洗滌可由專(zhuān)門(mén)的閥進(jìn)行控制，物料脫水，洗滌完畢后停機(jī)，借助于特殊設(shè)計(jì)的平衡裝置，打開(kāi)機(jī)蓋，將物料卸出。

配置在線清洗系統(tǒng)（噴淋系統(tǒng)），對(duì)離心機(jī)外殼內(nèi)壁、轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)外表面、集液槽表面等離心機(jī)內(nèi)部不可見(jiàn)部位進(jìn)行清洗，保證了潔凈度要求，符合GMP規(guī)范。
結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作維修方便。
通用性強(qiáng)，適用范圍廣。既可用于固相為顆粒狀的懸浮液分離，也可用于纖維狀物料的分離。
可采用變頻器啟動(dòng)，啟動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，分離因素可調(diào)；非接觸式能耗制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)；防靜電皮帶傳動(dòng)；機(jī)體密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠和氟橡膠。可實(shí)現(xiàn)密閉防爆要求，適合于有毒和易燃、易爆場(chǎng)合的應(yīng)用。
配置氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)系統(tǒng)，保證離心機(jī)內(nèi)腔與外部空氣隔離。
