  SS型三足式離心機(jī)為人工上部卸料、間歇操作的過濾式離心機(jī)。適合分離含固相顆粒≥0.01毫米的懸浮液，固相顆粒可為粒狀、結(jié)晶狀或纖維狀等形態(tài)，也可供物品（如紗束、紡織品等）的脫水。該系列離心機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作方便，各操作工序可按要求任意調(diào)整，濾渣能得到充分洗滌，固相顆粒不易破損，適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、輕工、食品、制藥、紡織、冶金等行業(yè)。

[Product characteristics and uses]
  SS-style-type three-foot upper discharging centrifuge for artificial, intermittent operation of the filter-type centrifuge. Suitable for separation of solid phase containing particles ≥ 0.01 mm, suspension, solid-phase particles can be granular, or fibrous, such as crystalline form, but also for goods （such as the yarn-beam, textiles, etc.） of dehydration. Centrifuges in the series is simple in structure, easy to operate, the operator may require any adjustment process, can be fully dregs washing, solid-phase particles is not easy damaged, adaptable and so on. [結(jié)構(gòu)與原理] 
  電動(dòng)機(jī)通過離合器帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料由上部加入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力作用下趨向鼓壁，其中液相穿過濾布和鼓壁濾孔排出，固相截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，停機(jī)后人工卸除。

材　　質(zhì)：與物料接觸部分的村料可為不銹鋼、鈦材、碳鋼、襯橡膠、襯塑料、襯四氟等。
驅(qū)動(dòng)方式：普通異步電動(dòng)機(jī)、隔爆型異步電動(dòng)機(jī)或變頻防爆。電機(jī)安裝Ｂ3、Ｂ5二種。
機(jī)座型式：普通機(jī)座、無基礎(chǔ)。
制　　動(dòng)：抱剎或脹剎。
