[ 工作原理 ]
  SD型系列吊袋離心機是我公司參照國外進口樣機，自行設(shè)計制造的新型離心機，其驅(qū)動電機既可采用離合器啟動，也可由變頻調(diào)速器控制，平穩(wěn)啟動，通過三角帶將動力傳遞給轉(zhuǎn)鼓，使其繞自身軸線高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，形成離心力場，物料由上部加料管進入襯有濾袋的轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，離心力迫使物料均勻分布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓上，進行離心過濾，液體穿過濾袋縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓小孔甩至外殼空腔，由出液口排出，固體物料截留在濾袋內(nèi)。停機后，開啟機蓋（借助特殊設(shè)計的平衡裝置），將濾袋餅吊出機外設(shè)定地點卸料，機蓋上配有洗滌管，可以對物料進行洗滌。
Working Principle
  This is newly designed based on the sample machines from abroad.The motor of the machine is either started by a clutch or controlled by a frequency-conversion govenor. It starts smoothly and passes power through a V-belt to the bowl, which rotates at high speed around itself to form a centrifugal force field. The material fed to the bowl with from the upper feed inlet is then forced by the centrifugal force to spread evenly on the bowl to filter. Liquid phase is then thrown out of the bowl through holes on filter bag and the bowl,leaving solid phase in the filter bag.The jiltrr plate （aided by a special balancing devic）is then lifted out of the machine to discharge in a specified place.A washing pipe is attached to the machine for cleaning.

Product Characteristics & Usage
  Designed with new technique,the machine adopts a hanging bag to discharge. Easily operated,fast and energy-saving.As motor is controlled by frequency-conversion governor,the rota-tional speed can be selected at randim within certain limit（0-speed of the bowl）.Without either a clrtch or a brake, the machineis flameproof. It can be applid to inflammable,explosive,corrosive and poisonous worksites. Hermetically structured, it keeps itself away from mixed pollution,thus meets the GMP standard. It can save labor and energy resource.
