設備概述:
XJ、XZ型上懸式離心機是一種間歇操作的立式離心機。操作循環(huán)包括加料、分離、洗滌、再次分離、卸料、沖洗濾網(wǎng)等工序。其中加料和卸料均在低速下進行。刮刀卸料和重力卸料上懸式離心機采用程序控制,可按預定的操作循環(huán)自動操作。離心機的轉鼓位于長軸的下端,軸的支承點遠高于轉鼓的重心,采用撓性軸及彈性支承,運轉時轉鼓能自動對中,大大降低臨界轉速,減少了由于加料不均勻而引起的機械振動。
