[ 概述 ] INTRODUCTION IN BBRIEF
  在一般的過濾裝置中，隨著過濾過程的繼續(xù)，液體內(nèi)的固相雜質截留在過濾元件表面，引起壓力降增加，過濾阻力增大，過濾效率下降。這時一般需中斷過濾操作，更換過濾元件或取出清洗，既費時又費事，影響處理效率。AF型自動反沖洗過濾機很好地解決了這個問題，該種過濾機具有連續(xù)過濾、自動反沖洗排污、結構緊湊、運轉平穩(wěn)可靠、處理量大、運行費用低、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點。AF型自動過濾機的清洗排污過程是在設備運行過程中自動進行的，在反沖洗排污的同時，仍能進行過濾操作，不影響正常供水。本過濾器主要用于電站輔機冷卻水、工業(yè)循環(huán)水、消防用水、洗滌液及其他類似懸浮液的粗濾和精濾。

1、機器結構
驅動裝置
   驅動裝置由電機、減速機組成，帶動傳動軸低速轉動，具有扭矩大，可靠性高等特點，如發(fā)生意外阻塞，扭矩超出zui大設計值時，電器保護系統(tǒng)自動停機并發(fā)出報警信號。

過濾元件
   過濾元件固定在中間盤上，在內(nèi)外兩個圓周上均勻分布，保證了在固定殼體容積內(nèi)具有zui大的過濾面積 。每個過濾元件（濾芯）呈圓筒狀，采用楔形截面的耐蝕鋼絲條與上下封焊接，每根絲條的間隔按過濾精度 的要求等間隙均勻布置，在長度方向還焊有多道環(huán)箍，該濾芯不僅具有足夠的搞變形的剛度和強度，而且可 以嚴格保證過濾精度。

反沖洗裝置
   反沖洗裝置由轉臂和密封機構組成，連接于傳動軸，是機內(nèi)*轉動部件，轉速低，運行平穩(wěn)，同時采 用專門機械密封結構設計，具有密封性能好、磨損自動補償功能強，保證了反沖洗順利實現(xiàn)和機器正常可靠 的運行。

差壓控器
   引進*生產(chǎn)的雙觸點差壓控制器采用波紋管式的傳感器，可用于空氣、氣體、水蒸氣等中性氣體 和水、油、制冷劑液體介質，控制器的設定值可調，調節(jié)范圍0.02-1.6MPa，工作壓力范圍0.05-2.5MPa。

電動隔膜閥
   與排污管相連接的排污閥選用引進英國桑德斯（Sammders）技術和關鍵零件生產(chǎn)的電襯膠隔膜閥，特別 適合于泥砂含量大的濾渣，不會回扭矩過載卡死關閉不嚴泄露，同時具有使用可靠、壽命長等優(yōu)點。

Composition and Working Principle
1.Composition
Driving System
  The driving system is composed of electrical motor and reduction gearbox and will drive the transmission shaft to revolve at low speed.It has large distortion,moment and high dependability.If it is blocked accidentally and the moment is over designing,the safety system will start to work and alarm automatically.

Fitering Element
  The filtering element will be distributed evenly along outer and inner circles on the middle plate so that the lagest filtering area will be insured.The filtering core is round column and welded with top and bottom covers bye anti-corrosive steel bar in wedgy section.The distance between every steel bar will be same and according to the filtering requirement.Several hoops are welded outside.So this filtering core has enough anti-deformed strength as well as high accuracy for filtering.

Backwashing System
  The backwashing system is composed of turning arm and sealing structure and connects with transmission shaft.It is the only turning component in the machine with low turning speed.It works calmly.When desiging,we applied the special mechanical sealing system with high sealing characteristics.It can automatically offset the abrasion well.So whole process including backwashing can proceed well.

Pressure Difference Controller
  The double-contactor pressure difference controller is manufactured with the technology introduced from Germany and applied rippled pipe sensors which can be used in neutral gas,such as air,water steam and etc and in liquid media,such as water oil,refrigeration solution and etc.We can adjust the seetting from 0.02 to 1.6Mpa and working pressure will be from 0.05 to 25Mpa.

Membrane Valve
  The valves connecting to the waste-discharging pipe are elecrically glue-lined membrane valve with the technology of Sammders,UK and key parts.It will especially fit to the filter dregs with high muddy and sand content.It will not leak caused by over-limit distortion moment.It will have following advantages.Such as dependable operation and long life and etc.

[ 工作原理 ] Working Principle
  該機的過濾和反沖洗推動力均原水壓頭或泵楊程提供，系統(tǒng)濾腔的壓力基本保持恒定，液體從濾芯的內(nèi)腔向外流動，夾帶的固體雜質被截流在過濾介質的內(nèi)表面，引起內(nèi)外腔壓差升高，過濾阻力逐漸增大。當內(nèi)外腔壓差超過差壓控制器某一設定值時，差壓控制器發(fā)出訊號，控制電機啟動，帶動反沖洗臂轉動，同時打開沖洗液出口電磁閥。當反沖洗臂轉至某一濾芯下方時，反沖洗管路與該濾芯內(nèi)腔接通，濾液清相壓力與大氣壓力差推動濾液反向穿過過濾介質，一方面過濾介質得到?jīng)_洗，另一方面殘渣自動卸出。反沖洗臂轉動一周，每根濾芯均得到一次清洗、再生，如此循環(huán)。所以避免了頻繁更換過濾介質或人工清洗濾芯，提高了生產(chǎn)效率，可節(jié)省大量的時間、勞力和財力。通過選擇過濾介質可滿足不同的精度要求，一般可達10ｍ甚至更高。整個過濾和反沖洗過程自動控制，無需人工參與，反向沖洗動作由差壓訊號發(fā)生器（差壓大小反映濾芯堵塞程度）控制，反向沖洗時間由時間繼電器調定。在清洗過程中清洗面積占總過濾面積很小部分，沖洗壓差大，這樣反沖洗液用量小、過濾過程保持連續(xù)、波動小、沖洗效率高。
   機內(nèi)*轉動部件同反沖洗臂，轉速低，運行平穩(wěn)，同時具有磨損自動補償功能，密封性能好，維護費用低。
  The force for filtering and backwashing is from water press and pump pressure.The pressure in filtering chamber will keep same.The solution will be filtered out from inner chamber of filtering core.The solid impurity will remain on the inner surface of filtering coThe pressure difference between outer and inner chamber and.filtering resistance will be increase.When the pressure difference is over the certain setting,the controller will send out a signal and controlling motor will start to work and drive the anti-backwashing arm to rotate.The electrical membran valve on the outlet of waste- discharging pipe will be open.When the anti-backwashing arm turns to the lower side of one filtering core,the anti-backwashing pipeline will connect to the inner chamber of filtering core.The pressure difference between solution and air will force the filtering solution to go through at different direction.So the filtering media will be cleaned and the solid waste will automatically discharged.Every filtering elmement will be backwashed and regenerated once when anti-backwashing arm turns360.So we need not change the filltering media and manually clean filtering core frequently.It will increase the productivity and save large amount of time,laborer and cost.We can meet different accuracy by use of different filtering media.It can get to 10 meters normally and even more.We can automatically control the filtering and backwashing process.No manpower is needed to participate.The backwashing will be controlled by pressure differential signal trigger.The reversed backwashing time will be adjusted by time relay.During cleaning,the cleaning area is just small percent of total filtering area.The washing pressure difference will be large.So the backwashing solution will be little and the filtering process will be continuous and the washing efficient will be high. The only rotating part in this filtraor is same as backwashing arm at low turning speed and works stable and can also offset the abrasive automatically with high sealing characteristic.The maintenance cost will be low.
