用途：采用噴涂形式進行復合加工，適應于水性和溶劑型、聚氨酯膠。可用于機織、針織、無紡布、化纖、皮革、薄膜、泡棉、板、汽車工業(yè)用頂蓬材、保溫材、濾材、鞋材等各式不同材料的貼合。
特點：采用新工藝開發(fā)的噴膠涂層貼合機，結構緊湊、操作方便、能耗低。噴涂部件全部采用進口主件組裝，往復機構無級可調，溫控系統(tǒng)采用PID智能型儀表，電機采用變頻調速，氣源采用無油螺桿壓縮機供氣，改變以前水性膠直接涂布，加工需要很大很長的烘房，大量的能耗來完成加工。

Application:
By means of spray laminating,water solution and solvent-type polyurethane adhesives are suitable used.This machine is applied to the laminating of woven and knitted fabrics,nonewovens,chemical fiber fabrics, leather, films,car ceiling materials,thermal materials,filtering materials and shoe interining,etc.
