絲網(wǎng)印刷機(jī)功能說明 Standard function:
1、控制系統(tǒng)采用日本三菱PLC、Easyview人機(jī)，日本安川伺服馬達(dá)，德國SICK色標(biāo)電眼，高精度定位、操作簡易，內(nèi)含故障顯示，系統(tǒng)維修更簡便。
2、氣動(dòng)零件采用德國FESTO氣缸及中國臺(tái)灣、韓國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部件，高功能低故障使機(jī)器性能更*。
3、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用日本*IKO、NSK精密線性式軸承及精密導(dǎo)桿，精密度比一般軸心較高，使套色更精準(zhǔn)，降低不良品。
4、在不停機(jī)的情況下，刮刀可調(diào)節(jié)上下、旋轉(zhuǎn)及斜度浮動(dòng)微調(diào)，可控制刮刀印刷壓力，操作簡便可輕易完成精準(zhǔn)的套色工作和達(dá)到所需求的效果。
5、機(jī)器可同時(shí)進(jìn)行兩色印刷或任意選擇單色印刷，也可反復(fù)進(jìn)行雙色套印。
6、在清潔、換裝、調(diào)整網(wǎng)版時(shí)，能迅速抬起印刷板夾，操作方便。
