概 述
水力碎漿機(jī)主要用于碎解各種漿板、損紙及各類廢紙,其外形見外形圖。
水力碎漿機(jī)是在現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)碎漿機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,參考*進(jìn)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)而成。其主要特點(diǎn)是:伏克斯轉(zhuǎn)子偏離中心位置,使得紙料與轉(zhuǎn)子的接觸更迅速,頻率更高。傳統(tǒng)的碎漿機(jī)產(chǎn)生一種*的旋流,紙料從加入處按螺旋線軌跡向中心轉(zhuǎn)子處運(yùn)動(dòng)。而D型碎漿機(jī)則改變了這種流動(dòng)方式,使紙料更快捷地與轉(zhuǎn)子接觸,這樣可縮短從紙料加入到碎解處理的時(shí)間,并可在不增加動(dòng)力和容積的情況下提高生產(chǎn)能力。
一般配有絞繩機(jī)和沉渣機(jī),絞繩機(jī)可除去長條形纏繞性雜質(zhì),如塑料包裝袋、繩頭、鐵絲等,*的絞繩機(jī)型號為JSJ1。槽體底部有一長方形接口,該口接沉渣井再通過雜質(zhì)分離機(jī)除去塑料泡沫和其他輕雜物實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)生產(chǎn),沉渣井底部沉積重雜物定期排出。該接口也可配重渣收集槽實(shí)現(xiàn)間歇生產(chǎn)。
Description
The hydraulic pulper is mainly used for crushing all kinds of pulp boards, waste paper and all kinds of waste paper. Its shape is shown in the outline drawing.
The hydraulic pulper is designed on the basis of the existing traditional pulp pulping machine, referring to the advanced technology of foreign countries. Its main characteristics are: the Vokes rotor deviates from the central position, making the contact between paper and the rotor faster and higher frequency. The traditional hydraulic pulper produces an unhindered swirl, in which the paper moves from the entry point to the central rotor according to the spiral trajectory. The D-type hydraulic pulper changes the flow mode, making the paper contact with the rotor more quickly, which can shorten the time from paper entering to crushing treatment, and improve the production capacity without increasing power and volume.
Hydraulic pulper is usually equipped with rope winch and sediment settling machine. The rope winch can remove long winding impurities, such as plastic bags, rope heads, wire, etc. The recommended type of rope winch is JSJ1. There is a rectangular interface at the bottom of the tank. The interface is connected to the sediment well and then the plastic foam and other light impurities are removed through the impurity separator to realize continuous production. The sediment at the bottom of the sediment well is regularly discharged. The interface can also be equipped with slag collection tank to achieve intermittent production.
主要結(jié)構(gòu)
由D型槽體、轉(zhuǎn)子裝置、支腿、電機(jī)、電機(jī)滑軌、防護(hù)罩等主要部件組成。
1、D型槽體由鋼板焊接而成,上口外部有槽鋼,用以加固槽體,內(nèi)錐底部有導(dǎo)流板,以促進(jìn)漿料回流形成循環(huán)。槽體底部有一長方形接口,以供雜質(zhì)排放,該口由用戶根據(jù)工藝需要現(xiàn)場開出。
2、轉(zhuǎn)子裝置:轉(zhuǎn)子和出漿盤高出碎漿機(jī)槽底平面,在轉(zhuǎn)子周圍形成一個(gè)低壓流區(qū)以聚集重雜質(zhì),當(dāng)重雜質(zhì)沉積到槽體底部以后,由于漿液的旋轉(zhuǎn)作用被帶到沉渣井或重渣收集槽中。這樣可減少轉(zhuǎn)子與雜質(zhì)的接觸,延長轉(zhuǎn)子使用壽命,并可防止絞繩纏繞在轉(zhuǎn)子上,以保護(hù)絞繩和轉(zhuǎn)子不被損壞。
轉(zhuǎn)子采用節(jié)能型伏克斯轉(zhuǎn)子,轉(zhuǎn)子體材質(zhì)為鑄鋼;刀片材質(zhì)為工具鋼并經(jīng)熱處理后用螺栓緊固在轉(zhuǎn)子體葉片上,磨損后可以更換;篩板材質(zhì)為耐磨不銹鋼,其上有底刀,轉(zhuǎn)子葉片底面與篩板底刀之間隙初定為2mm,其間隙可根據(jù)需要用調(diào)整螺栓進(jìn)行調(diào)整。3、支腿:支腿由鋼板焊接而成,用于支撐槽體及轉(zhuǎn)子裝置。
Main structure
Hydraulic pulper is composed of D-groove body, rotor device, leg, motor, motor slideway, protective cover and other main components.
1. D-shaped groove body is welded by steel plate, with groove steel outside the upper mouth to reinforce the groove body, and guide plate at the bottom of the inner cone to promote slurry recirculation. There is a rectangular interface at the bottom of the groove body to discharge impurities. The outlet is opened on site by the user according to the process requirements.
2. Rotor device: The rotor and disc are higher than the bottom plane of the groove of the pulper, forming a low-pressure flow area around the rotor to accumulate heavy impurities. When the heavy impurities are deposited at the bottom of the groove, they are brought to the sediment well or the heavy slag collection tank due to the rotation of the slurry. In this way, the contact between the rotor and impurities can be reduced, the service life of the rotor can be prolonged, and the winding rope can be prevented from winding on the rotor to protect the winding rope and the rotor from being damaged.
Rotor adopts energy-saving Vokes rotor, rotor body material is cast steel; blade material is tool steel and bolted on rotor blade after heat treatment, which can be replaced after wear; sieve plate material is wear-resistant stainless steel, with bottom knife on it, the gap between the bottom of rotor blade and bottom knife of sieve plate is initially set to 2 mm. The clearance can be adjusted by adjusting bolts according to needs.
3. Outrigger: the outrigger is welded by steel plate to support the tank body and rotor device.
