一．殺青的要求
殺青是茶葉加工中*的一道工序，而且殺青質(zhì)量的好壞，直接關(guān)系到茶葉品質(zhì)的高低。
殺青鍋（滾筒）的溫度和溫度的均勻性決定殺青質(zhì)量，高品質(zhì)的茶葉不僅要求升溫迅速，而且要求殺青設(shè)備的溫度均勻*。
茶葉殺青設(shè)備也必須盡可能地節(jié)能，以降低殺青費(fèi)用。

Water-removing is essential to tea processing which is directly related to the quality of finished products.
Heating rapidly and better temperature uniformity are necessary to make high-quality tea.
Tea water-removing device must also be energy saving as much as possible in order to reduce costs.
二．藍(lán)炬燃?xì)饧t外線殺青燃燒系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)
1． 采用全預(yù)混燃燒的金屬纖維燃燒器，燃燒充分、紅外線輻射效率高、燃燒均勻、不易回火、使用壽命長(zhǎng)；
2． 采用密閉式燃燒加熱系統(tǒng)，相比開(kāi)放式系統(tǒng)，整體節(jié)能30％以上；
3． 升溫迅速：由于金屬纖維燃燒器的熱慣性小，點(diǎn)火后數(shù)秒內(nèi)即達(dá)到工作溫度；
4． 采用程序控制器的燃燒控制系統(tǒng)，具有吹掃、自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火、火焰檢測(cè)、壓力保護(hù)、意外停機(jī)報(bào)警等功能；
5． 依據(jù)控制精度要求，溫度控制可采用兩段火型式或PID控制；
6． 殺青滾筒溫度均勻，縱向溫差不超過(guò)±5℃。
7． 可采用液化氣或天然氣作為氣源。
The characters of BURNRAY Gas-fired infrared systems

2. Compared to open combustion system, the hermetic combustion system can save the energy over 30%;
3. Fast heating （small thermal inertia）: several seconds to heat up to the operation temperature;
4. With program controller, the control system has various functions: pre-purge, automatic ignition, flame detection, pressure protection and broken-down alarming;
5. Temperature control can adopt two-stage flame or PID mode based on the demand to precision;
6. Good temperature evenness: vertical temperature difference of the cylinder is not more than ±5℃;
7. Gas fuel: LPG or NG.

四．經(jīng)濟(jì)性能評(píng)估
由于各種茶葉的殺青工藝并不*，下面以烏龍茶為例來(lái)分析金屬纖維紅外線燃燒器相比傳統(tǒng)的火排燃燒器的節(jié)能效果。
茶葉殺青機(jī)采用火排作為燃燒器，其缺點(diǎn)是不僅燃燒不充分，而且燃燒空間敞開(kāi)，大量熱量散失，致使熱效率低下，每公斤干茶需要消耗液化氣0.2-0.25kg。
當(dāng)采用金屬纖維紅外線燃燒器后，傳熱效果好，而且燃燒空間密閉，散熱損失小，每公斤干茶消耗液化氣0.10-0.15kg，即每公斤干茶少消耗液化氣約0.10kg，節(jié)能40-50%。
