0344要*打開或關(guān)閉閥門，需要一個zui小壓差。其先導(dǎo)閥為免維護(hù)、介質(zhì)隔離的兩位三通轉(zhuǎn)動銜鐵電磁閥與 DIN EN 17301-803 A 型電纜插頭配套，該閥的安全防護(hù)等級為 IP65/67。超聲波以某一角度射入流體中傳播，然后由接收換能器接收，并經(jīng)壓電元件變?yōu)殡娔?，以便檢測。發(fā)射換能器利用壓電元件的逆壓電效應(yīng)，而接收換能器則是利用壓電效應(yīng)。
