概述

通過基本單元，ET 200SP 提供了一種采用固定接線的堅固而便于維護的設計：

使用插入式端子可單手接線，無需使用工具
測量接頭、彈簧型常閉觸點和電纜入口成排布置，十分便于接觸，同時將所需的空間降低 64%
彈簧型常閉觸點的防故障彩色編碼便于在端子板內進行更佳安排
可在運行期間更換 I/O 模塊而不會影響接線
可在帶有模塊間隙（缺少 I/O 模塊）的情況下運行
I/O 模塊的自動編碼可防止在更換期間將模塊意外插錯插槽，從而對電子電路造成破壞
因以下原因而具有較高抗電磁干擾性：
- 自組裝屏蔽背板總線，
- 帶屏蔽層的多層導體板，可實現從端子至 I/O 模塊的無干擾信號傳輸
- 系統(tǒng)集成的屏蔽連接組件，節(jié)省空間，安裝迅速。

設計

基本單元 (BU) 可以卡到 DIN 安裝導軌上 (35 x 7.5 mm or 35 mm x 15 mm)。BU 并排安裝在接口模塊旁，因此可以保護單個系統(tǒng)組件之間的機電連接。將一個 I/O 模塊卡到 BU 上后，可以確定相應插槽的功能和端子的電勢。

對于單導線或多導線連接，提供了帶有合適端子數的 BU。

負載分組

可擴展的 I/O 系統(tǒng)通常為單個負載分組提供了可能。對于分布式 I/O 設備，以前需要附加的電源單元，用于與左側負載組分離，以及饋入、顯示、監(jiān)視和診斷負載電壓。它常常還具有過濾器功能，可提供極性反接保護。

在新型 ET 200SP 中，所有這些功能現在都集成到系統(tǒng)的基本組件中。對用戶而言，這意味著不再需要電源單元。這樣為每個負載組節(jié)省了一個附加插槽，從而*地提高了組態(tài)靈活性，節(jié)約了存儲空間。

一個淺色 BU 可以打開一個新負載組。傳感器電源必須通過該 BU 饋入。接口模塊旁的*個 BU 必須為淺色 BU。

深色 BU 可通過自組裝電壓總線前饋左側相鄰的淺色 BU 的電源。因此，只有右側下一個淺色 BU 需要新饋電。

端子的顏色標識

BU 的端子處的電位通過 I/O 模塊進行定義。端子的電位也可以通過模塊特定的彩色編碼標簽對端子的電位進行標識，以避免接線錯誤。與相應 I/O 模塊相匹配的彩色編碼標簽通過 I/O 模塊的 CCxx 色碼進行定義。該色碼也印在模塊的正面。

在帶有 10 個內置跨接 AUX 端子的 BU 中，這些端子也可以使用彩色編碼標簽進行標識。對于 10 個 AUX 端子，提供了紅色、藍色、黃色/綠色編碼標簽。

系統(tǒng)內置屏蔽連接

為了使電纜屏蔽線的連接能夠節(jié)省空間和提高電磁兼容性，提供了可以快捷安裝的屏蔽連接器。它包括一個屏蔽連接元件（可以插入到 BU 中）和一個可用于所有模塊的屏蔽端子。用戶無需任何附加接線即可實現功能性接地的低阻抗連接（DIN 導軌）。

BU 可安裝一個參考標識板。
