應(yīng)用

通過 SM 1231 RTD 模塊，使用技術(shù)成熟的電阻溫度監(jiān)測器，可高精度的對溫度進(jìn)行測量?？捎糜?CPU 1211、1212、1214。

設(shè)計

SM 1231 RTD 模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)特點和其他 S7-1200 系列模塊的相同：

安裝在 DIN 導(dǎo)軌上：
將模塊卡裝到 CPU 右側(cè)的導(dǎo)軌上，互相連接以后再通過集成背板總線連接到 CPU 12xx。
直接安裝：
通過鉆孔，可將模塊直接螺栓安裝到墻壁上。在易受劇烈振動的場合建議采用這種安裝方式。
電阻傳感器：
可使用zui為常用的電阻溫度監(jiān)測器：Pt 100、Pt 200、Pt 500、Pt 1000、Pt 10000、Ni 100、Ni 120、Ni 1000、Cu 10、FS 150、FS 30、FS 600?？梢詿o需使用放大器直接連接到模塊上，并且所有 RTD 的類型必須相同。探測器可以采用 2、3 或 4 線制連接。
安裝位置：
為了實現(xiàn)zui大的測量和重復(fù)精度，應(yīng)將 RTD 模塊安裝在溫度變化較小的位置。
DIP 開關(guān)：
所需設(shè)置（如所連 RTD 的選擇）應(yīng)通過模塊上的 DIP 開關(guān)進(jìn)行。

功能

不同的量程:
電阻溫度監(jiān)測器類型：Pt 100、Pt 200、Pt 500、Pt 1000、Pt 10000、Ni 100、Ni 120、Ni 1000、Cu 10、FS 150、FS 30、FS 600。
溫度單位：
溫度測量單位可以用 ℃ 或 ℉。
